Server Disconnected

when server crash or disconnected.

Restart the system.
If the problem persists, contact support.

System Restart is Required

When cameras reconnected.

Restart the system.

Camera/s Disconnected

When a camera disconnects due to mechanical issue.

Check the connections to the cameras and restart the system.

PC Disconnected

When the Pulse controller is disconnected.

If persists for more than one minute, make sure the Ethernet cable is connected properly.

Front Door Open

Front door open which leads to cameras to not operate properly.

Close front door.

Back Door Open

Back door open which leads to cameras to not operate properly.

Close back door.

LOW FPS

Show that there is a major decrease of the camera frame handling.

Check for additional system/network overload e.g. remote-control software.

Clogging

When at least one of the clogging "box's piano" is red.

Using the knob, open the hopper wider or clean the hopper if pellets are stuck.

Eject Disabled

When ejections are disabled.

Press the "Ejection Disabled" button in the management Panel.
