Inspec.tech’s innovative compact pellet inspection system, designed for installation directly on the production line, continuously inspects all pellets for contamination, and production deviations.

The system automatically generates alarms and sorts out disqualified material according to user-set parameters, ensuring comprehensive quality control for the entire production stream.

Designed for compounders, recyclers and resin/special products manufacturers, the system successfully handles the following deviations: dark specks on transparent/bright pellets, bright contamination on dark pellets, cross-contamination, color deviation, size deviation, and cutting issues (i.e. tails, etc.).

A wide range of machine sizes and configurations are available to handle throughput capacities from hundreds of kilograms/pounds per hour up to 9,000 kg/hr (19,800 lbs/hr).  Multiple machines can be installed in parallel for even higher throughputs.
